Umami Mushroom Sea Salt

We mix grinded Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms with Mediterranean fine sea salt and then baked it, giving the salt the smell and taste of baked mushrooms.  Mushroom salts give your dishes a deeper flavor making you add less salt to your food.
